5 cups shredded slaw mix combo (broccoli stalks, carrots, cabbage) ***I use Trader Joe’s Organic Broccoli Slaw mix in a 12 oz. bag***
- 2/3 cup Vegenaise
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients except slaw mix in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in shredded slaw mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (longer is better).
