Super Simple Snack Series: Fruit Kabobs

I love a fruit kabob.  I just use a basic toothpick, and cut the fruit into tiny pieces.  I put these in the kid’s lunches and make them occasionally at home as a special treat.  I have also taken them in as a healthy snack option in the boy’s classrooms.  They are especially easy to make using blueberries and grapes, but I have also used cantaloupe, raspberries, watermelon, mango, strawberries, you name it!

The above picture shows a snack that I took into school – blueberry/raspberry fruit kabobs and whole wheat pumpkin muffins. Apparently the class gobbled it up!
