Fruit Spotlight: Raw Green Smoothies

There are so many wonderful green smoothie ides and recipes out there.  It’s almost seemingly pointless to write another green smoothie post.  That won’t stop me though!  My life is busy and chaotic, and those things do not always make healthy eating easy.  I have many wonderful recipes for tasty, but more importantly VERY EASY, green smoothies.  Smoothies, especially raw green ones, are a great way to get massive doses of fruit and leafy green veggies into your diet.   Now, I love them, but if you are used to a lot of sugar in your diet they might not taste AWESOME to you!  Cut out most of the processed sugar in your diet and your taste buds will come alive! I really try hard to make a blender full of this goodness most days.  You can chug it all down in the morning, or you can drink it throughout the day.  My two go-to recipes are below for you to enjoy!  You will definitely need a Vitamix or other high-powered blender to achieve the smooth consistency of the drink.
