My favorite way to enjoy oranges and grapefruits is as a fresh squeezed juice. Obviously you will need a good juicer to make fresh juice. I like it because you can get the benefits of 5-6 oranges and/or grapefruits in one glass, where it would be difficult to eat that many in one sitting. The picture above shows only half of my juice today. I was so excited to drink it that I forgot to snap the photo! This is a treat for us once a month or when there is sickness going around to boost up on vitamins.
