A Simple Delicious Whole Food Dinner

  • mashed potatoes with soy butter, garlic and fresh ground pepper
  • avacado, raw cashews and Coconut Aminos
  • broiled brussels sprouts with ghee

The kids also had homemade biscuits and refried bean/cheese quesadillas, raw red peppers and raw carrots. Oh, and don’t forget the Chardonnay!
